SUPER SPORT

The Super Sport is an evolution of the original Sport kit. With the recent surge in the performance of Saloons such as the M3 and S4 and the arrival of formidable ‘hot hatches’ such as the VW Golf R and Ford Focus RS. The Use of our B360 and B34GT calipers allows us to offer incredibly formidable brake kits capable of being used on the road and the track. The Super Sport category of kits feature rotor sizes between 340mm and 370mm but when possible will still fit behind OE wheels.

Performance with power and PRECISION

Most Super Sport brake kits will come with a directional 8 piston caliper. Both the B34GT and the B360 calipers now utilise 8 pistons of varying sizes arranged sequentially to optimise pad wear. Each piston is fitted with multiple internal seals for thousands of miles of maintenance free driving in all climates.

With the use of multiple smaller pistons to make up a larger overall piston area, TAROX calipers provide the driver with more feel through the pedal resulting in better control of the huge amounts of available stopping power.

TAROX Super Sport brake kits are at their happiest being thrashed around the circuit on a Thursday afternoon, but still able to stand out from the crowd at Sunday’s show & shine event (after a good detailing of course). All TAROX calipers are manufactured in house at our Northern Italian facilities from the highest quality metals. Beautifully anodized and hand assembled, it’s hard not to be won over by their appearance, but every single aspect of their design, materials, and production is there to ensure that our calipers and rotors are powerful, light and durable.

The Super Sport kits are hugely capable and will offer a huge amount of extra stopping power, better pedal feel, and can often reduce un-sprung weight increasing all aspects of handling while looking very striking. With amazing road usability and a proven record in competition, the Super Sport system is a necessary upgrade for the serious driver.

As with all TAROX kits the Super Sport integrates with all modern day driving assistants such as ABS, ESP, ACC, and EV regenerative powertrains.

All kits are manufactured to order with options available for caliper colour, rotor type, and pad compound.
